Welcome to Glow. These Terms of Use ("Terms") are an agreement between you and Glow ("we," "us," or "our") and govern your use of the Glow mobile application and related services (the "App"). By downloading, accessing, or using the App, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.
1. What Glow Is
Glow is a personal record-keeping and organization tool. It helps you record products you choose to track, set up schedules and reminders, calculate reconstitution and inventory based on values you enter, and look back on your own logs and check-ins over time.
Glow is an organizational tool only. It is not a medical device and is not intended to be one.
2. Medical Disclaimer
Glow is for personal organization and record keeping only. It does not provide medical advice. The App does not diagnose conditions, recommend products, determine an appropriate dose, prescribe treatment, or replace a qualified healthcare professional.
Any information shown in the App — including calculated results, suggested timing, reminders, trends, and any content generated by in-app assistants — is for informational and organizational purposes only. Always consult a qualified healthcare professional before starting, changing, or stopping anything related to your health. Never disregard professional medical advice or delay seeking it because of something you read or calculated in the App.
Use professional instructions. Only enter and follow values supplied on a lawful product label or by a qualified healthcare professional. Contact a healthcare professional about side effects, missed doses, interactions, or any changes to a treatment plan.
Emergencies. Glow is not an emergency service. If you believe you are experiencing a medical emergency, contact your local emergency services immediately.
You are solely responsible for any decisions you make and any actions you take.
3. Calculated Results
Any reconstitution, dosing, or inventory result shown in the App is simple arithmetic based only on the values you enter (such as vial amount and water added). Glow cannot verify that those values are correct.
You are responsible for checking your source values and the calculated results against a lawful product label or guidance from a qualified healthcare professional before relying on them.
4. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract to use the App. By using Glow, you represent that you meet these requirements.
5. Your Account and Data
Some features may require an account. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity under your account. You agree to provide accurate information and to keep it up to date.
You retain ownership of the information you enter. You are responsible for the accuracy and legality of that information.
6. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use the App for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable law.
- Attempt to reverse engineer, copy, resell, or exploit the App or its content.
- Interfere with, disrupt, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to the App or its systems.
- Use the App to make medical claims or to sell, distribute, or facilitate the sale of regulated products.
We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms.
7. Subscriptions and Payments
Glow may offer paid subscriptions. Subscriptions are billed through your platform account (such as your Apple ID) and renew automatically according to the terms shown at the time of purchase. You can manage or cancel your subscription in your platform account settings.
Payments are processed by the App Store and our subscription provider (RevenueCat). We do not receive or store your full payment-card information. Except where required by law or platform policy, payments are non-refundable.
8. Intellectual Property
The App, including its design, text, graphics, and software, is owned by us or our licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes, subject to these Terms.
9. Disclaimers
The App is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that calculations or content will be accurate or complete.
1. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of data, profits, or goodwill, arising out of or related to your use of the App. Our total liability for any claim relating to the App will not exceed the amount you paid us, if any, in the twelve months before the claim.
11. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will update the "Last updated" date above and, where appropriate, provide additional notice. Your continued use of the App after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.
12. Termination
You may stop using the App at any time. We may suspend or end your access to the App if you violate these Terms or if we discontinue the App.
13. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which we operate, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
